Title: Administrator Office Services
Location: Houston, TX 77041
Duration: 12 Months contract

Responsibilities:
Reception support, managing stationery orders, Lunch orders for meetings, Customer reports and data prep for Customer delivery. In addition, facilitating facilities requirements and helping manage sourcing of vendors for facilities related work. Training will be provided. Will work with the agency on the rate.

Essential Requirements:
Must have high level customer service, efficient communication and organizational skills to manage client and employee traffic and administrative tasks. Must be able to multitask and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft TEAMS.

Tools or Software:
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and knowledge of EXCEL

Education Qualifications:
Quality candidates with above mentioned attributes

Industry Background or Experience

Front desk receptionist or in hospitality industry
