- Previous plumbing, electrical and commercial building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of single phase and three phase high voltage
- Completes preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems
- Follow diagrams, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions to troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Removes defective parts by dismantling devices - using hoists and hand and power tools
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools.
- Controls downtime by informing workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background check
- High school diploma or GED – Trade License Preferred
- Willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge a plus

What do we want?
We seek detail-oriented individuals with a passion for how things work. Our Mechanical Technicians will maintain our car wash facilities and equipment to keep them in pristine working order. They provide much of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making sure our customers experience a clean, dry and spotless car. This position is for someone who likes to solve problems and keep everything operating efficiently and smoothly.
