- Development of new products and support of existing products including anechoic design, antenna design, performance testing, and other efforts involving electro-magnetics
- Plan and direct other personnel in the development of tests and procedures for testing products and systems
- Research and analyze data such as customer design proposals, technical specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of designs or applications
- Support of sales by providing application information and developing technical proposals and presentations
- Devise methods and procedures for testing RF and electromagnetic products
- Support technical customer inquiries and provide resolution
- Provide support for calibration and manufacturing departments for RF related issues
- Master's degree in electrical engineering specializing in electromagnetics or related field
- 3-5 years of RF work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of experience in RF and Microwave instrumentation
- EM Simulation experience such as HFSS or CST microwave studios
- Coding experience such as Matlab, C, or C++
- Technical publications such as journals, conferences, and symposiums
