Job summary
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading low-voltage projects and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams This role oversees all phases of assigned projects including planning estimating design installation commissioning turnover warranty and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients sales and operations teams to develop Statements of Work (SOW).
- Participate in project development pre-bid reviews estimating support lead Sales-to-Operations turnover meetings ensure seamless project transitions.
- Develop detailed project plans monitor execution ensure adherence to scope schedule budget manage requirements design implementation multiple systems applications prepare oversee engineering re-estimates forecasting cost-control reporting manage financials progress billings collections authorization payments vendors subcontractors source bids select qualified manufacturers subcontractors consultants engineers software partners lead regular project meetings provide clear status updates customers leadership oversee closeout activities testing training documentation system drawings operating manuals billing reconciliation record retention apply Agile Waterfall methodologies relevant BRD system baseline compliance SDLC standards software development life cycle standards.
