Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity Developer
Location: Irving, Texas - Day 1 Onsite
Duration: Long Term - W2 Contract

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Vlocity Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions with a focus on Vlocity components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer relationship management capabilities, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Vlocity's industry-specific applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Vlocity components, data models, and processes to meet business needs.
• Develop custom code and integrations as necessary to extend Salesforce and Vlocity functionality.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, security, and user interface design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Vlocity solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Vlocity configurations and customizations.
• Stay up-to-date with Vlocity and Salesforce updates, recommending enhancements and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, execution, and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Vlocity components.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
• Experience with Vlocity's Industry Cloud and DataRaptor configuration tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Aura frameworks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
