    Job Description

    As a Clinical Assessor - PRN, you will provide critical level of care assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, crisis services, case management, and referral services to Northpoint clients.

    This role is responsible for conducting the initial assessment to determine eligibility and ensure that an initial treatment plan is developed that will identify the services and level of care needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments in person or via telehealth to determine the need and level of care for clients.
    • Make placement to appropriate facility based on the outcome of the assessment interview.
    • Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to work collaboratively with clients and internal treatment team members to help support clients in their treatment goals.
    • Provide clinical consultation to referral resources, family members, and others to help support clients in their treatment goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or commensurate experience required.
    • LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
    • SUDP required.
    • Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment.

    Estimated salary: $40-50/hour
