RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Participate in implementing
strategic innovation initiatives
.
Conduct research to collect data and background information for clients' businesses, internal teams or outside partners to translate data into
actionable insights
.
Respond to Brand Manager submissions for strategic support orclient risk assessment, present appropriate strategy,

programs or services to clients.
Prepares and presents an analysis that detail opportunities for client growth.
Create thought leadership content
that addresses common client and industry topics.
Present insights to stakeholders including OeP clients, and Acosta leadership.
Identify root cause of issues and provide solutions to obtain more positive outcomes for the assigned clients represented by the client team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimal Education Requirements:
College degree and
3-5 years
of experience in
e-commerce
environment.
Experience Requirement:
4 years
of Client Management, Business Operations, Sales or other industry related work experience.
Knowledge, Skill andAbility Requirements:
Superior communications ability, including ability to
prepare and present data,
ability to
effectively communicate with stakeholders
from entry level through to senior corporate executives.
Proven ability to
analyze, interpret, apply,
and communicate (oral and written) data insights.
Persuade and lead based on facts and data and highly
self-motivated
and directed.
CPG
(consumer package goods) is preferred.
Expert proficiency level using
PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
, including Pivot Tables, Look-ups, graphs, macros etc.
Strong analytic
mindset, ability to structure work and handle ambiguous data.
Proven
team leadership
ability for small – intermediate teams.
