DIRECTOR OF NURSING* Gardens at Celina is looking for a Director of Nursing who is dedicated, caring, and compassionate in what they do.

We are a high-end, very customer-oriented long term and skilled Facility and assisted living, that takes extreme pride in providing excellent care to our residents.

We are looking for a positive, dynamic individual who will help lead and develop our staff of nurses and resident aides to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.

*Providing excellent nursing care to residents, and providing high levels of communication to their families
Direct oversight of Clinical Model in Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Units. Work collaboratively with Clinical Management and Operations to ensure the highest level of care and cost control.

• Creating care plans for residents, and overseeing their execution to ensure resident well-being, including interventions when required
• Creating a positive work environment for all staff so they enjoy work, and implement nursing plans that promote growth and development of staff
• Director of Nursing Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current license from the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• Proven leadership and ability to effectively coach staff
• Creating a culture of caring excellence towards residents and staff
