    $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

    Job Description:

    Job Summary:

    The Lead Early Childhood Educator will play a key role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth for young children. This individual will work closely with the center team to implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, ensuring a high-quality education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that promotes exploration and learning
    • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards
    • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports
    • Support center staff in achieving enrollment and engagement goals
    • Foster strong relationships with families and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment

    Qualifications:

    • At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
    • High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred
    • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
    • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
    • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
