    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance Operations to join our team at Marvin Love and Associates, a lakeside resort located in a picturesque location. As the Director of Maintenance Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's maintenance operations, including the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

    Compensation: Salary of up to $105k, 20% Bonus, $8k Relo, 60+Day Temp Housing

    Title: Director of Maintenance Operations

    Key responsibilities:

    • Responsible of Maintaining the Entire Maintenance of Conference
    • 1,600 Acres, Accommodation for 400 Guests
    • 6 Fully furnished Homes, 30 Bedroom Cottages, and 65 Rooms at the Main Lodge
    • 12 Fully Time Maintenance Staff, 2 Salaried Supervisors.
    • Maintenance Shop for Vehicles, and fully functional Work Shop
    • Responsible for maintaining Hiking, Bike Trails
    • Maintaining waterways for lakes, Ponds, Pools, and Streams
    • Maintaining property roads
    • Maintenance of HVAC, Kitchen at the Inn, Event Conference Center and Grounds
    • Must have an eye for details through out the property
    • Responsible for Budgets, Payroll, Purchasing for the Maintenance Department.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in maintenance operations, preferably within a resort or hospitality setting. You must have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably within a resort or hospitality setting
    • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
    • Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance or related field
