Lawyer (Associate Position) - Kenwood, CA, United States - GPAC

Description

A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking to add Attorneys to our civil litigation practice due to growth in our client base.

Represent the firm's insurance company clients and their insureds, and corporate clients, in all facets of civil litigation. Manage cases independently and as a part of the case team.

This position can be FULLY REMOTE - MUST LIVE IN CALIFORNIA .

D. from an accredited law school; AT LEAST 4 years of litigation in PI, professional liability, employment, general liability, products liability and/or construction defect

Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents

• Legal and technical research
• Providing guidance to law clerks and other associates
• Writing and editing construction law articles
