    Victoria's Secret is actively seeking a visionary Director, Business Analytics with expertise in information data management, and reporting analytics; particularly leveraging emerging technologies including a strong interest in machine learning, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and generative AI.

    This key role will balance technical expertise with business strategy and communication skills to lead transformative efforts and drive efficiencies within the Global Manufacturing/ Supply Chain functions.

    Your Impact:
    Align business strategies and priorities with critical business intelligence data requirements.
    Balance technical expertise with business strategy and communication skills.

    Act as a bridge between data-driven insights and decision-making processes, enabling the business to make informed choices based on accurate and relevant information.

    Collaboration with cross-functional teams and deep understanding of their business processes and tools to identify information flow gaps, data opportunities and process efficiencies.

    Partner with Technology to develop a roadmap to integrate data from different business applications and develop a holistic supply chain information model – from product development to product fulfillment.

    Oversee the implementation and enhancement of cutting-edge analytics tools and technologies and ensure data quality and accuracy.
    Spearhead initiatives leveraging data insights, machine learning, and generative AI to revolutionize operations within the Global Manufacturing Supply Chain.
    Collaborate with the Supply Chain leadership team to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Enable and expand direct access to information and reporting by our cross-functional teams. Ensure team members have the information readily available to perform their business functions.

    Partner with our Business Process Services team in India to establish the right balance to optimize analytics and reporting to support business needs.


    Additional Responsibilities:
    Participate in business improvement projects promoting information flow, data management best practices and overall business effectiveness.
    Train and coach other GM Operations team members to advance the skills of the team.

    Work with stakeholders across the company to collect requirements for new reports and support the creation of ad-hoc business analytics and visualizations.

    Promote attention to detail, ensure that the source, collection, integration, analysis, and interpretation of data is thorough and seamless.
    Promote and enable data-driven decision making across the business.
    Stay up to date with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in analytics, data science, and generative AI.

    Minimum Salary :
    $138,000.00Maximum Salary : $195,825.00
    VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown.

    Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    10 years of experience in a similar role, specifically focusing on data management and transformative technologies.
    Demonstrated interest in implementing generative AI and other emerging technologies to transform supply chain operations.

    Technical expertise that may include data analysis, data mining, machine learning or hands-on experience with SQL (as well as other programming languages, such as Python).

    Strong understanding of database design principles

    Experience working with different data analytics and data visualization tools as: Power BI, Tableau, Google Charts, SAP Analytics Cloud, and IBM Watson.

    Experience leading projects with moderate/ advanced complexity.
    Successful track record of delivering operational solutions.
    Familiarity with Retail and Fashion Apparel Industry and or Supply Chain operations is a plus.
    Strategic, analytical, creative thinker with problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude. Maintain composure, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and being self-motivated and proactive.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
