    • Apply advanced engineering principles to develop novel solutions, optimizing products for performance and compliance.

    • Provide technical guidance to peers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

    • Evaluate product robustness through FEA simulation tools, ensuring optimal material selection and design integrity.

      guiding engineers through training sessions,
      influencing project decisions with effective communication.
      The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ​​lastics, structural analysis, machine design,
      and sustainable product development.
