    Senior UX Content Designer to shape the voice of our product and simplify complex financial interactions for our users. You will craft detailed information and content to support each area of the product and partner closely with product designers, product managers, and key business stakeholders to own content decisions that build intuitive user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in defining our content strategy, evolving our voice and tone, and ensuring consistency across our platform. You should be a strategic thinker who can build frameworks and guidelines that others can use. You will translate dense financial concepts into coherent, human, and actionable language.

    Responsibilities

    • Craft clear, concise, and compelling copy for desktop and mobile interfaces, including onboarding flows and transactional emails.
    • Own, maintain, and evolve our content style guide, ensuring our voice remains consistent, professional, and accessible across all touchpoints.
    • Build strong relationships with business lines (Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Training) to ensure copy is clear, compelling, and legally compliant.
    • Contribute to the design system by creating and editing content standards and components to support scalable workflows.
    • Develop deep knowledge of the private markets investment space and translate complex terminology to become a proficient partner in the domain.
    • Design and run the copy review process across business stakeholders and compliance.
    • Contribute to internal and external longer-form product support documentation.

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or UX content strategy
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex user flows
    • Experience building and maintaining content style guides and content design systems
    • Strong attention to detail, tone, and consistency in writing
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
    • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in Fintech, Healthtech, Legal, or other regulated industries
    • Ability to learn quickly and ramp up on complex topics
    • Familiarity with copy management tools (such as Localize)
