    Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Tampa, FL

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to provide speech and language services to elementary students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a commitment to helping students achieve their communication goals. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students and collaborate with a supportive team of educators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
    • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other team meetings as needed.

    Qualifications:
    For SLP-CCC:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida.

    For SLPA:

    • Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
    • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Florida.
    • Previous experience working with children preferred.
