Description

• Assist the Government in research, development, test, and evaluation activities identifying new and emerging technologies for potential insertion into current and future programs to satisfy mission requirements based on a business case analysis (e.g., cloud services)

• Perform rapid prototyping of new capabilities
• Assist with documentation
• Act as the champion of the team's processes, and aim to foster empowerment, collaboration, and team ownership of actions and decisions

• 10 years of experience leading technology evaluation of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems; designing architecture to meet requirements and provide for future expansion; and applying systems analysis discipline
• Experience in requirements gathering and transitioning requirements into actionable items
• You have experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
• You have experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners
• You have a TS clearance Preferred:
• Are familiar with AWS
• You know how to use the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
• You have knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures
• You demonstrate excellent problem solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
• You have excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers.
