    You must have an active Iowa RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of recent labor and delivery nursing experience is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and labor and delivery procedures is helpful. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and compassionate communication are essential for success in this role1.
