- Collaborate with the Artist Content team to plan and execute video shoots.
- Capture high-quality video footage of artists during various shoots, events and performances.
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the team's vision and is suitable for artist branding.
- Apply creative shooting and editing techniques to enhance the visual and emotional impact of the content for the fandom community.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in video production, editing, and digital technology in both the Korean and Western market.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital video content creation and production.
- Demonstrated passion and expertise in leveraging current and emerging social media platforms, with a proven track record of effectively engaging and expanding a fanbase over time.
- Strong ability to identify and capitalize on video content trends within the music industry, with a dedicated interest in staying current with trends in both Korean and U.S. entertainment landscapes.
- In-depth knowledge of idol groups and the fandom-centric business model in the music and entertainment industry.
- Experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with contemporary music, entertainment content, and latest content trends.
- Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Well-versed in a variety of cinema cameras, DSLRs, and lighting equipment.
- Skilled in captioning and adapting content for various international markets.
