You will be the face of our practice greeting clients managing scheduling and ensuring every visit reflects the elevated boutique experience our brand is known for This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team from the ground floor at a new location.Key Responsibilities provide an exceptional luxury-level greeting and check-in experience for every client manage appointment scheduling confirmations cancellations and waitlist coordination answer phone calls emails and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth process payments run transactions reconcile daily reports at the point of sale coordinate patient intake consent forms medical history documentation keep the reception area immaculate stocked aligned with Contour aesthetic standards assist retail product recommendations sales inventory management support day-to-day administrative duties including ordering supplies vendor communications assist marketing efforts such as managing online reviews social media messaging follow all HIPAA guidelines ensure confidentiality of patient information
