    Role Overview:

    This VP role is focused on leading an integrated team for an emerging global outdoor brand and retail rewards client.

    You are excited to work across outdoor lifestyle, clean tech, and retail brands. You have experience driving purpose-led programming and desire to help brands address climate change. You push for creative ideas and embrace diverse trends, skills, specialties, and viewpoints.
    Ability to create programs considering a variety of platforms, channels and audiences

    • Deep understanding of earned media and influencer strategy
    • Experience working with creative teams and on brand activations and celebrity campaigns
    • Effectively identify and anticipate business problems and help clients solve them through applying deep industry and tactical knowledge
    • Helps clients get ahead of issues and capitalize on new opportunities
    • Expertise with project budget management and forecasting
    • Pushes for creative ideas; Helps identify, inspire and mentor junior and mid-level staff
    **At least eight years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing
    **Ability to manage competing interests

    • Experience driving communications programs for global consumer brands
    • Experience managing and implementing major brand activations and campaigns
    • High emotional intelligence and ethical
    • Good judgment and willingness to take risks
    • Excellent writing skills
