    JOB OVERVIEW:
    The Client Services Associate for our Private Client team services and guides new and existing clients through processes related to completing real estate purchases and sales, notes, and LLCs. Works closely with clients, vendors, and other team members to exchange information and documents related to client investments.
    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
    • Efficiently manage a high volume of client correspondence (incoming calls, emails, chats, and client visits).
    • Answers client questions regarding financial transactions, including asset purchases, sales, real estate, and non-real estate client transactions.
    • Effectively learns and communicates IRS rules and regulations related to IRAs.
    • Utilizes our CRM system to keep all transaction and case statuses updated, as well as logging all communication.
    • Builds and maintains relationships with account holders and referral sources.
    • Coordinates with third-parties such as attorneys and title companies to ensure timely processing of Real Estate closings.
    • Opportunity to attend industry trade shows, seminars, conferences, and networking events.
    • Collaborates across departments to assist with special projects, as necessary.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a service-oriented role (Real Estate Closer/Title Agent/Paralegal/Customer Service).
    • Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administration is a plus.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
