Description

We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing personalized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The perfect candidate will have a solid background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a strong desire to enhance the well-being of individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Conduct regular sessions for parent training and support to facilitate skill generalization.
Perform thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' strengths, needs, and objectives.
Maintain precise and current client records, including progress notes and reports.
Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients, as well as oversee and train behavior technicians.
Create and implement personalized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Promote adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all service delivery aspects.
Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on data-driven insights as needed.

Requirements

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Solid understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan adjustments.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
