Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong mathematical background and experience with leading AI/ML projects.
Responsibilities
Lead AI/ML projects in disciplines including using ML for the efficient evaluation of complex financial structures, and use of NLP/LLMs for the conversion of text into structured data.
Participate in quantitative research and development in the areas of valuation of financial instruments and risk management of portfolios of such instruments.
Academic mathematical education with a strong background in linear algebra and analysis.
Expert in Python.
Experience in AI/NN/LLM - from problem statement to solution that works, using modern ML/AI frameworks.
Experience in C++ developing production code is an advantage but not essential.
Significant experience performing quantitative tasks - experience in numerical optimization where there are constraints of stability and performance.
Degree/work experience as a financial quantitative analyst.
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of 1 day per week.
