- Independently perform daily machine preventative maintenance (P.M.'s) activities.
- Accurately and consistently document all performed tasks on appropriate records (First Piece Inspection log, work orders, maintenance logs, etc.).
- Inspect documents for previously completed operation sign off and verify part counts before beginning any manufacturing operation.
- Follow established protocol to maintain ID & traceability of product and documentation.
- Independently operate CNC machines as assigned.
- Train on the different tool changes, settings, changeovers, and size changes.
- Frequently use handheld measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers to inspect machined parts.
- Perform offsets on machine tooling.
- Highschool Diploma
- 1 year of relevant experience operating a CNC machine
- 3 Pan System understanding.
- Epicor login and use.
- Full understanding of the machine matrix.
- Understanding and use of setup sheets.
- Understanding of the line clearance process.
- Basic blueprint reading
