Description

SAP SD Analyst-Lead

Our client, a prominent global manufacturer and distributor, is currently seeking a Lead Analyst for SAP SD role based in either St. Louis, MO or Oxford, MS.

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, coupled with an annual bonus of 10-15% IN ADDITION TO profit sharing and retirement benefits. Furthermore, the role includes eligibility for annual merit increases, comprehensive day-one benefits, 401(k) matching, a Company retirement contribution account, and relocation support for current residents. Please note that we are not engaging with third-party recruiters and are currently unable to provide H1B visa sponsorship. This opportunity falls within the SAP division of a Fortune 500 corporation, working in a team of 15. While the position is based in either St. Louis or Oxford, you have the flexibility to opt for a hybrid work schedule, spending 2-3 days per week working in the office.

Key Responsibilities as SAP SD Analyst - ERP Role

Drive critical decisions and configure SD integration within the SAP system.
Provide support to SD stakeholders in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with business process owners to manage the backlog of weekly SD requests.
Partner with operations leaders to define technology roadmaps and suggest continuous improvement projects in SD/OTC areas.

Requirements as SAP SD Analyst - ERP Knowledge

A Bachelor's Degree* is essential, with a preference for backgrounds in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, specifically in development or related fields.
At least 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations completed.
Demonstrated experience leading formal or ad-hoc teams and work groups.
Proficiency in SAP SD at an expert level; manufacturing environment experience with multiple implementations is a bonus.
Understanding of ERP solution architecture and ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and solution experts.
Strong analytical and technical acumen; adept at navigating technical landscapes and end-to-end processes to provide recommendations and adjustments.
