Position Summary
As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. From balancing the day's financial records to assisting guests with late-night needs, you'll be the friendly face and reliable presence that keeps everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of hotel financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare daily financial reports for management.
- Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries or requests during the night shift.
- Monitor the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as processing reservations and updating guest records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with basic accounting principles and computer systems.
- Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts with minimal supervision.
