    Description


    Our Housing Advocacy Program is Growing Join our Housing Advocacy team Our program is currently seeking a full-time Disaster Recovery Case Manager.

    As a case manager, you will work directly with individuals and families affected by disasters.

    Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying unmet needs, coordinating with state and federal programs, local agencies, and volunteer groups to assist with recovery efforts, and advocating on behalf of the individuals you serve to ensure accessibility to all resources for which they are eligible.
