    Description

    Quality Control Technician - Paying up to $29/hr.

    Description:

    • Conducting microbiological methods including microbial identification and environmental monitoring of controlled spaces.
    • Timely communication with supervisors to report testing, compliance, or scheduling concerns, following company protocols, promoting a safe workplace through site safety standards, embodying the Lead principles, and maintaining proper GMP documentation.
    • Performing bio-analytical methods (Chemistry lab) for various Bio QC Tests on raw materials, in-process, release, or stability samples in alignment with regulatory guidelines, production outlines, and special protocols.
    • Initiating, executing, and completing assays according to validated procedures and quality standards.
    • Desirable experience in a GMP setting.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • B.S. degree in a relevant scientific field from an accredited institution required; OR AA degree from an accredited institution with 2+ years of related experience
    • Understanding of fundamental scientific principles and techniques.
    • Working under moderate supervision, following specified methods and procedures.
    • Familiarity with operations in the immediate area and basic knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Effective and concise communication skills.
    • Accurately documenting results and data.
    • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders as necessary.
    • Demonstrating teamwork within and across different groups.
    • Proficiency in Aseptic Technique.
