    • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
    • Develop a financially sustainable office

    • Define business objectives
    • Lead a complaint team to execute operational excellence

    Responsibilities
    • Identify training and coaching opportunities
    • Develop a strong financial obligation throughout the team
    • Provide operational support to the team and vendors
    • Oversee office financials and OSHA/HIPPA regulations
    • Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community
    • Create an open-door culture with the team.
    • Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations
    • Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team
    Qualifications
    • 5 years of experience in leadership positions with strong knowledge of Dental operations
    • Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred
    • Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
    • Must possess a strong desire to train and develop team to meet performance standards
    • Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
