- Logistics & Material Handling
- Support management of incoming shipments, including receiving, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs and tracking information.
- Support coordination of outgoing shipments, including preparation, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery to job sites or internal operations.
- Warehouse Operations
- Assist with material management within warehouse facilities, including proper storage, organization, labeling, and accessibility of inventory.
- Material Staging & Project Support
- Support staging of materials for scheduled work shifts, prefabrication activities, and project needs.
- Assist warehouse and prefab teams with material preparation to support efficient workflow and production readiness.
- Quality Control & Safety
- Support quality control efforts by assisting with inspection and verification of materials and prefabricated assemblies prior to dispatch or use.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- General Support
- Support all other warehouse and prefabrication activities as assigned to meet operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment preferred (certification a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment as needed.

Position Summary
