Located in Southern NH our client needs an experienced

Manufacturing Manager

to oversee employees and manufacturing functions

including machining, welding, painting and assembly .

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Review production orders and schedules to effectively plan department operationsProduction operation planning and establishing priorities for product manufacturingReview production and operating reports; resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issuesInspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilizationDevelop/revise standard operational and working practicesProduction data storage/management


You need:
Associates degree or higher8+ years of related manufacturing experience in a machining environment2+ years of supervisory experienceExperience working in manufacturing with metal fabrication functions on-site (welding, machining, etc.)Prior experience working in an ISO or AS9100 manufacturing facilityExperience driving Lean methodology, process improvements

US Citizenship required.
