Job Description

This is a remote Tax Manager role for an Accounting and Advisory firm. While this role is remote, you must be driving distance from Chattanooga for instances when required to be onsite as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily tax operations and manages taxes and tax processes for clients
• Perform primary review of tax returns and written tax advice as requested
• Assists client by advising of tax implications of their business objective and recommended alternate courses of action

Required Skillsets:

• CPA license required
• Five to twelve years of public accounting experience.
• Minimum two years previous supervisory experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
