Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance services team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance services team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement or risk mitigation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in financial services.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
