- Effectively support all cloud-based activities while working with departments and vendors to achieve strategic goals. Effectively analyze and communicate needs of stakeholders to ensure efficient and productive rollout of new Cloud deployments. Detailed reporting on all Cloud activities and responsibilities to management. Work with co-workers in achieving department goals.
- Ability to identify problematic system areas, engage accurate support resources, and execute timely communication to those affected by adhering to the department's Service Level Agreement. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders & vendors as needed.

- IT is an ever-changing landscape and requires continuous learning to keep up with the new technologies and regulations. Seeks out technology certifications, conferences, and training opportunities to continue to enhance their abilities, and in turn the technical capabilities of the Bank.
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in IT related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud management/engineering. Strong understanding of cloud networking, storage, and security services. Experience with scripting and automation tools preferred. Industry recognized IT and cloud certifications are preferred.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak optimally both one-on-one and before groups employees of the organization directly and effectively.
- TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Experience with workstations, printers, scanners, servers, network disk storage, routers/switches/WIFI, telephone systems, peripheral devices and various network connected devices.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
