About the Job
Our client, a top-tier global Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its nationally integrated Real Estate Practice in Boston.
This opportunity is ideal for an associate who is intellectually curious, highly motivated, and eager to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters within a premier platform.
This role offers exposure to market-leading real estate transactions across a broad range of asset classes and deal structures.Associates will work closely with partners and colleagues across offices, gaining hands-on experience and benefiting from a collaborative, firmwide approach to client service and professional development.
The Practice
The Real Estate Practice advises leading businesses, investors, and financial institutions on complex transactions across the full spectrum of commercial real estate.
The team is known for its deep bench, cross-disciplinary integration, and ability to handle transactions at scale. Associates regularly collaborate with colleagues in finance, corporate, tax, and other related practices to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
Support and advise clients on complex commercial real estate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents across a variety of deal types
Work closely with partners and multidisciplinary teams throughout all stages of a transaction
Contribute to strategic deal structuring and problem-solving in high-value matters
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Qualifications
Mid-level associate experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong academic and professional credentials
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Demonstrated initiative and interest in building a long-term real estate practice
