Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metallurgist to support our aerospace fastener manufacturing operations.We require deep expertise in metal properties processing techniques and failure analysis with a strong understanding of aerospace standards quality systems safety protocols and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct metallurgical analysis and testing to evaluate material properties including tensile strength hardness grain structure and fatigue resistance.
- Develop optimize heat treatment processes to meet aerospace specifications e.g AS9100 NADCAP Mil-Specs.
- Perform failure analysis on fasteners components identify root causes recommend corrective actions.
