Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our cable manufacturing team on
1st
shift. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will assist in operating and monitoring equipment used in the production of cable products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate
and monitor cable manufacturing machinery according to work instructions
Load
raw materials and remove finished products from machines
Perform
basic machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors
Inspect
products for quality, defects, and accuracy
Maintain
a clean and organized work area
Follow
all safety procedures and company policies
Complete
basic production and quality documentation
Work
as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements:
Some
machine operating experience required — training provided
High
school diploma or GED preferred
Ability
to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic
mechanical aptitude is a plus
Willingness
to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Dependable
with good attendance
