    As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine youll work with 4 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience.

    Throughout the day youll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.
    You would practice at Platte Valley Health Medical Group -in Commerce, Colorado
    Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pmShared Practice Phone Call
    Your experience.

    Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
    Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
    Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
