    Experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney - NY Bar:

    Are you tired of only dealing with one part of a claim? Fed up with passing a case to someone else after acing a deposition? At LOIS, our defense strategy empowers you to take charge of a claim. You'll work closely with clients on their claims from start to finish. There's no better feeling than achieving a positive outcome on a claim, and LOIS is where we embrace that.

    Base pay range: $110,000 - $140,000, experience-dependent.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • Active membership in the New York Bar
    • FIVE (5) years of experience in workers' compensation defense
    • Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
    • Adept at managing multiple cases simultaneously

    Responsibilities:

    • Advocate for client interests in virtual hearings and phone depositions
    • Advise clients on evolving issues in legal disputes
    • Prepare risk assessments and engage in settlement discussions
    • Consistently apply firm protocols and tactics to achieve client objectives
