- Evaluate and design SOX compliance framework.
- Perform execution of internal controls testing with minimal supervision.
- Liaise with process owners to develop and utilize internal control testing for operating effectiveness.
- Determine appropriate remediation for any deficiencies in internal controls.
- Preparing audit reports to include clear and concise findings and recommendations for corrections/improvements, as needed.

Description
One of our cherished Vaco clients would like to start exploring an interim solution by bringing on an Internal Auditor to help with testing the controls. This is due to increased bandwidth and helping the existing team with their current responsibilities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment working on the company's SOX controls and operational audit testing. The testing is slated to happen mid-summer and go for approximately 2-3 months. Role has onsite obligations so need to be local to Greensboro, NC.
