The ideal candidate for the Plant Engineer role should be passionate about helping the Company design and implement processes and projects to improve plant performance and/or meet our customer's needs.

Investigate equipment and infrastructure needs issues and work with cross functional teams to coordinate solutions
Create Engineering Notices to communicate new processes and proper operating procedures to plant personnel
Define new plant equipment specifications and work with internal and external groups to install new equipment
Define new support equipment specifications and work with internal and external groups to install new equipment
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Plant Engineering
5 + years engineering experience in a manufacturing plant environment
High aptitude in plant electro/mechanical systems with a focus on fluid dynamics
Success in planning, executing and managing projects
Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
CAD experience
Must be self-directed, motivated, and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
