    The Physician and Provider Relationship Manager will actively engage with physicians, providers and other healthcare entities to improve how Bon Secours Mercy Health delivers care and becomes the most trusted healthcare system in the community.

    Ensures key customers are aware of the types of programs and services BSMH offers to our patients. Facilitates the communication and service resolution between market/network/medical group leaders and physicians/providers. Proactively maintains and/or strengthens the physician/provider relationship to optimize the satisfaction and care experience for patients using BSMH Services.

    Hybrid role that requires living in the Cincinnati market

    Essential Job Functions:


    Responsible for creating, maintaining, strengthening and retaining relationships with area physicians and providers to support population health, market operations and medical group strategies and services.

    Solicits physician and provider feedback regarding quality, experience, access, and capability of services offered by BSMH network of care, routing to appropriate acute, ambulatory, physician practice or other operational personnel for management as needed.

    Performs ongoing follow up with physician/provider or designee.

    In collaboration with the Director of Physician and Provider Relations and market leadership, creates a targeted call plan that prioritizes account/contact list and maintains a service/educational rounding schedule to visit with physicians and providers in person.

    Maintains detailed notes and activity as well as ongoing updates to contact listing within SalesForce application.
    Possess key local healthcare market knowledge across the organization and within the assigned business region.

    Develop a deep understanding of all services provided by BSMH network and ability to educate area physicians and providers on these services.

    Develop awareness of service line branding messaging and collaborate with Marketing on aligned messages to the community.
    Strict adherence to Corporate Ethics and Compliance standard, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws and regulation, non-compete/non-solicitation.

    Education Qualifications

    • Required Minimum Education:4 year/ Bachelors Degree

    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum Years and Type of Experience:
    Two years post college. Experience in sales, customer service, education, and/or marketing.
