CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Customer Interaction Management: Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Team Leadership and Staff Development: Supervise the customer service team and provide necessary training.
Scheduling and Dispatch: Manage appointment scheduling and dispatch of technicians efficiently.
Data Management and Reporting: Track and analyze customer interactions and team performance to inform management.
Issue Resolution and Escalation: Ensure prompt resolution of customer service issues.
Quality Control and Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement improvements.
Customer Retention and Relationship Building: Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.
Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Social Media Management: Engage with customers and manage social media platforms effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

5 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, or project management preferred.
Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required.
Computer proficiency required.
Advanced level knowledge of computer and software technologies such as iOS, Windows OS, CRM Software, Service Titan, Office 365, Word, and Excel.
