- Review customers' technical needs and recommends specific power supply product solutions to meet these needs.
- Effectively collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and our partner's product managers to obtain accurate information of application usage and system operations of TRC's power solutions.
- Provide clients and TRC team members with accurate technical information.
- Conduct technical training.
- Identify new project opportunities when communicating with clients' engineering teams.
- Support marketing with technical content which includes but it not limited to application related stories.
- Prepare technical elements of proposals.
- Formulate the intricacies involved in defining the technical solution guidelines for sales team support to maximize opportunity wins.
- Consistently troubleshoot system applications on clients' request, resolving other engineering issues regarding systems application, and perform follow up on the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product and training presentations.
- As needed, assist with technical & marketing projects.

- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of experience of design or troubleshooting analog circuits in an engineering role
- Capable of training complex technical material and articulating it to non-technical people
- Experience working with team members across multiple levels
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position may require travel: Up to 10%
- Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
