    Description

    Olympic Medical Physicians' Women's Health clinics are located in Port Angeles and Sequim, on Washington State's beautiful North Olympic Peninsula. OMP Women's Health clinics seek a team-oriented OB/GYN physician to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation and care to patients presenting with gynecological conditions and pregnancy. Highlights of the practice include:--Dedicated OR time --One-in-five OB call --Industry-leading support staff ratios, including robust RN support --Ready access to local consultants as part of a large multispecialty group --Integrated electronical healthcare record system (EPIC) with local and regional hospital systemsThe successful OBGYN Physician at OMP Women's Health is focused on providing excellent person-centered care to rural patients as part of a multi-disciplinary team


    QUALIFICATIONS: Education

    Medical degree from an accredited school. Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology of at least three years duration. Successful completion of requirements of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology for certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Maintains appropriate Continuing Medical Education credits per Washington State and OMC Medical Staff requirements.
    Experience
    Completion of obstetrics and gynecology residency.
    Licensure/Credentials
    Board certified or active participant in the examination process leading to certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and area of sub-specialty (if any). Recertifies at appropriate intervals per specialty board requirements. Maintains an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington. Maintains current DEA registration. Maintains current BLS certification. Maintains Neonatal Resuscitation certification. Maintains appropriate privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff.
