    Description

    In your role as a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for collecting media for cell culture which is used in the pharmaceutical industry.

    Attention to detail and ability to follow collection processes according to standard operating procedures will ensure that our customers receive quality product.

    What will you do?

  • Collect, package and ship product from assigned meat packing facility
  • Follow all standard operating procedures related to your work responsibilities
  • Set up work area prior to shift start and perform clean up duties throughout shift
  • Complete daily production paperwork
  • Perform other work-related duties as required and/or assigned
  • How will you get here?

    Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience

  • 1 year of experience working in a production environment
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic digital literacy

  • Work Environment

  • Meal and rest breaks coordinated with plant production schedule and workflow.
  • 8-12 hour days and occasional Saturday depending on workload and on plant schedule.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Attendance and being timely is crucial for continued employment.
  • Reliable transportation required for reliability purposes.
