- Operate farm machinery such as rake, baler, forklift, trucks, swathers, cultivation tractors, grader, planters, loaders and other farm machinery.
- Maintain and clean equipment such as fuel geese & twine machinery.
- Carry out manual repetitive work assigned by the Line Manager.
- Maintain and clean fields throughout the day.
- Work side by side Skilled Operator II and assist where needed, work together as a team.
- Leveling equipment using the laptop or other technology in the tractor, level grounds using GPS technology.
- Reports walkthroughs & pre-post inspections.
- Proactively manage the business improving cross-functional collaboration & KPI visibility.
- Follow proper practices, OSHA standards, and other company policies.
- Ensure in accordance with ISO, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
- Work closely with QA to ensure all bottle measurements are correct.
- Ensure that all associates have proper PPE and are using the correct tools.
- Address safety and environmental issues to maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Blow motor operator, troubleshoot, set up programs, tape measure, maintenance, heat treatment, check gauges.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
