    Career Opportunity – Night Shift Machinist - Acromil LLC - Corona, CA

This vision lead us to the acquisition of a similar business operation located in Corona, CA in September, 2018 for a total footprint of 200,000 square feet. Acromil's increased capacity will further our goal of being a World Class Supplier.

    Our Opportunity

    We have two positions available. One Day Shift (6:00 am – 2:30pm) and One Night Shift (6:00pm – 2:30am). The selected individual will independently set-up and operate CNC Machines according to job and program specifications while ensuring that quality, dimensions, and key characteristics are maintained. Must have knowledge of CNC's, single and Multi-Spindle machine tools such as:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Handtmann HBZ Trunnion 120, Handtmann HBZ CC 400, Handtmann PBZ HD 600
    • SNK High Speed Tilt Table UHP-120B,SNK High Speed Horizontal Tilt Table HPS-4B,SNK RB-200F,SNK Vertical
    • Cincinnati 3 spindle gantries, Cincinnati high speed 3 spindle gantries, Cincinnati Vertical Mills
    • OKK Horizontal mills, OKK High Speed vertical mills 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis machines, using Fanuc, Siemens 840D, and Cincinnati 950 controllers.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified individuals will have 5 years related work experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment and familiar with our machine line.

    Must be able to stand for 8 hours in a day/night, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, keen eye-hand coordination, able to be trained and certified as a Forklift & Crane Operator.

    Person must be an United States (US) Person as defined by ITAR Regulations – A United States (US) Person is a citizen of the United States, a lawful permanent resident alien of the US, (a "Green Card" holder), a refugee or someone in the USA as a protected political asylee or under amnesty.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required. Requires 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment with duties similar to those listed above.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating procedures and general instructions, machine manuals, employee handbook, company policies and departmental procedures, etc.
