Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation - $46/hour
• Location: The Woodlands, TX
• Assignment Duration: 6 months+
• Work Schedule: 9/80 - hybrid 3/2

Responsibilities:

• Work Owner Relations inquiries and assist in the maintenance of Owner Master Data
• Setup and Update Dynamic Tickets for all incoming items
• Performs owner account updates within Client's owner system
• Assist team in logging owner inquiries. Assist in monitoring owner relations inbox
• Assist with the mail process. Open, Scan and prepare Dynamic Tickets
• Assist with documentation requests to cure title obligations
• Assist with special projects within the department
• Collaborate with team members
• Communicates internally within team and externally with owners, vendors and other customers
• Follow Client standards, processes, and practices of the Division Order Team
• Effectively work across discipline boundaries (e.g. Land Operations, Accounting, Marketing)
• Communicate with the legal department when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant Division Order experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
• Knowledge of SAP experience a plus
• Ability to work under deadlines and sometimes on multiple projects
• Handle confidential and proprietary company data and information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of basic land principles and their application with the ability to analyze land data for the entry into the land data management system
• General understanding of land terminology, contracts and their uses with the ability to work on projects of increased complexity under general direction
