- 1,848 hours annually for 1.0 FTE (8, 10, 12 hour shifts available with flexibility in scheduling)
- Base compensation of $509k$519k plus additional incentives and call pay
- Additional compensation with Unrestricted Call (All call is compensated separately at a competitive rate; several backup call positions available)
- BC/BE Anesthesiologist
- Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to obtain AZ DEA license
- Up to $100k Sign-On Bonus
- Student Loan Reimbursement (Up to $100k, in addition to public service loan forgiveness)
- Tuition Reimbursement/Tuition Discount at U of A or ASU (faculty and spouses are eligible for 100% tax-free tuition remission; dependent children can attend U of A, ASU, or NAU with 75% tax-free tuition remission)
- Up to $25,000 in value-based compensation annually (based on achieving performance metrics)
